Running with a supportive group of ladies for fun, friendship and fitness

Most runs start from the bottom of Hollybush Carpark Sevenoaks TN13 3UX and we explore Knole Park with it's deer and splendour. 

"Away" runs do happen!

Monday Morning  

6.5 - 7.5k / 4 - 4.5m mixed pace group run - 09:15am (the odd walk break, extra loops and shortcuts are normally available)

Wednesday Morning 

5k / 3 - 3.5m gentle pace group run - 09:15am 

Jeffin' Round the park - 10:30am (14th September to 7th December) £5 a session

Saturday Morning

6.5 - 8k / 4 - 5m mixed pace group run - 09:30am (the odd walk break, extra loops and shortcuts are normally available)
